The reason for this journal is to track all of the happenings in my life while I'm in New York city. This was the suggestion of my wise and wonderful sister, and so here it is.

This is me.

I lived in Seattle for about 17 years, got in to a fair amount of trouble there, and in 4/4/2004, I moved to Portland, Oregon to live with my sister and her family.

I lived in PDX for 3 years and 2 days, and during my time there, I met some amazing people. My dearest friends and favorite people, aside from my immediate family all reside in Portland, and these people have become my family, without a doubt.

On April 6th, 2007, I moved to New York with two suitcases and nothing else, and I don't know exactly why I am here. What I do know is that I am looking for something epic, and the survival of my self depends on finding this, and lacking that, never stopping the quest for the ring...I mean my self.

I have no idea how long I will be here, or what I will do to be able to survive here, but I do know that I am in the right place right now, and am very excited to see what this city has for me, and what I have for it.
